Le Domaine de Meztiva – named thus as a reference to the etymology of the name of the resort of Megève – will be built on the old terrain to International Jumping Paddock. The project showcases the evident desire of the Municipality of Megève to diversify its hotel offer and to develop and revitalise the surroundings of the Palais des sports. This new neighbourhood will link the historic centre of the Village to the Palais des sports area, by improving pedestrian experience and creating an alpine garden.

Le Domaine de Meztiva will host a 4-stars hotel managed under Novotel label. The project also includes ten shops, a restaurant and a bar, under which a two levels of parking will be constructed. The complete project will be delivered by the end of 2020.
